The first Regional Conference held in March, 2005 was a resounding success. Delegates from over 25 countries participated enthusiastically and there was representation from almost the entire gamut of the Soaps, Detergents & Cosmetics industry. The delegates benefited immensely by the excellent presentations and ample networking opportunities, and the beautiful beaches of Goa added their charm to the event. It was a new chapter for the Soaps, Detergents & Cosmetics industries in this part of the continent. It was then decided to make Goa the permanent destination for this conference.
