REGISTRATION CANCELLATION POLICY

Refund for cancellation of CONFERENCE REGISTRATION will be made subject to the following deadline and charges:

  • All inquiries, changes or cancellations of Registrations must be notified in writing.
  • They should be addressed to the Conference Secretariat, FTC Events.
  • In case of “NO-SHOW” i.e. if you do not arrive at the conference venue, all arrangements will be released automatically and NO refund will be applicable.
  • Substitutions will permitted on the basis that written notice is received before Tuesday 30th September 2008.
  • On or before Monday, 15th September 2008 – the cancellation charges will be 25 % of the amount paid as Registration fee.
  • After Monday, 29th September 2008 – NO cancellation permissible and NO refund will be applicable.
  • Refunds will be made 60 days after the Conference.

HOTEL CANCELLATION POLICY

  • All inquiries, changes or cancellations of room reservations must be notified in writing.
  • They should be addressed to the Conference Secretariat, FTC Events, and NOT directly to the hotel.
  • For cancellation of Hotel accommodation, on or before Friday 19th September 2008– a cancellation fee of 25% of the hotel charges paid will be levied.
  • Cancellation received after Friday 19th September 2008, will be subject to a cancellation charge equivalent to full length of stay.
  • In case of “NO-SHOW” i.e. if you do not arrive on the first night booked, full retention charges will apply, the reservations will be released automatically.
  • Substitution is permitted on the basis that written notice is received before Tuesday 30th September 2008.
  • Refunds will be made 60 days after the Conference.
